Instant Pot

The Instant Pot is easily the trendiest pressure cooker you’re ever going to find. It’s simple – it uses pressure to cook food faster, meaning your meal is on the table way sooner. It can be used as a slow cooker, rice cooker, to sauté, to make soups, stews, and essentially anything else you can conceive of. Since you’re cooking in a closed chamber, your food isn’t exposed to oxygen or outside heat – so your beautiful cut of meat will retain all of that incredible farm-fresh flavour.

Food Processor

When you think about cooking meat, you may not necessarily think of a food processor. Food processors are great for chopping and blending ingredients – so you can create top-quality homemade sauces and marinades to compliment your incredibly farm-to-table meats. There are tons of incredible sauces you can pair with your meat to amplify the flavour in any meal, and a food processer is a simple way to get there.

Sous Vide

If you want restaurant-quality dishes, with minimal prep and hardly any cleanup, a sous vide immersion system is a must-have! Sous vide cooking works by immersing a vacuum-sealed package of food, such as meat or vegetables, in water, which is then heated to a uniform temperature. This allows your food to heat evenly, ensuring a perfect cook throughout. Even better? No dishes are involved – so cleanup is as quick and easy as meal prep!

Slow Cooker

Using the slow cooker doesn’t have to just be for winter stew (although that is a great option)! Tossing your meat in the slow cooker, with or without a sauce of your choice, is a great way to cook low and slow – resulting in a tender, pull-apart cut. You can leave the slow cooker going throughout the day, so that you come home to a ready-made meal. Slow cookers have been a long-standing kitchen staple, and with good reason – they make the prep-work easy, and the end result is delectable.
