Easy Cheesy Keto Egg & Bacon Plate

You guys know I love breakfast for dinner

Ingredients

  • two eggs
  • one red bell pepper
  • handful of parsley
  • splash of cream
  • two tbsp marble cheese, shredded
  • three slices bacon
  • half avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Sauté the red pepper, in a bowl whisk together eggs, cream and parsley and pour it into the sautéed peppers.
  2. Scramble to your liking., about 4-6 minutes.
  3. Top with cheese and cover to melt for 1 minute.


I served mine with @trulocal bacon or peppered bacon that I cooked in the oven on a parchment lined cookie sheet for approximately 15-20 minutes at 425 F and a side of avocado!
