Crunchy Taco Cups

Taco shells are out, taco cups are in! Crush your taco-loving cravings with a few of these filling bad boys!

Ingredients

  • six wonton wrappers
  • 150 chicken, shredded
  • one cup crushed tomatoes
  • one tsp paprika
  • one tsp cumin
  • one tsp oregano
  • one tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray half of a standard size muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt pepper and tomatoes in a bowl and stir to combine. Line each cup of prepared muffin tin with a wonton wrapper. Add 1.5 tablespoons taco mixture.
  3. Bake for 13-15 minutes until cups are heated through and edges are golden.
  4. Top with your toppings of choice (greek yogurt, chillies, fresh tomato, salsa, cilantro).
